Fantastic location away from tourist areas, easy walk to water taxi. Enjoyed local restaurants. Gorgeous and quiet apartment with canal view. Very clean and well-equipped, appreciated thoughtful extras. Comfortable beds and excellent communication from owner.

it's excellent apartment not far from the vaporetto stop for the airport as well as enough to the attractions, loved it. location was magnificent and perfect, just a short walk away from a roman catholic church.

Favourable and magnificent location for the town short walk to the canal, train station. Federico was the best owner ever. Bonus points for a handy kitchenette with all the essentials.

We had a perfect stay in Venice near enough to the attractions, grand canal, and the railway station. The setting was peaceful.- It was located near a grocery store.- Federico made everything for all of us.

The apartment feels incredibly spacious and comfortable with its two bedrooms and living room. As someone who loves having space to stretch out and relax, I felt right at home. The fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and kettle was a game-changer. Cooking meals and enjoying a hot cup of tea was a breeze. The bathroom with a bidet and slippers added a touch of luxury to our stay. It was a nice treat after a long day of exploring Venice.

Personally, I prefer a separate living room area in an apartment, rather than it being merged with the bedrooms.

The apartment at Di.Gianfranco Piano Nobile was amazing! It had two cozy bedrooms and a super comfy living room where I could relax after a long day of exploring Venice. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for someone like me who loves to cook. Plus, the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot summer days.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the bidet in the bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others might appreciate it.

The property was well-maintained and clean. We received a nice welcome with champagne and cookies. There was a good assortment of teas and coffee available. The owner was very helpful and responsive. He helped us with water taxi and provided assistance whenever we needed it. The location was great, close to everything we wanted to see and do. We loved being able to explore the neighborhood and try different local restaurants. The view of the canal from the apartment was gorgeous and added to the overall charm of our stay.

There were a few downsides to our Christmas stay. The lounge area was quite dark and the sofa was uncomfortable.

The value for money at this hotel was exceptional, with a spacious and comfortable room that had a beautiful view over the canal. The staff, especially the owner, went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult situation and made our visit to Venice truly amazing.
